In life most people judge things immediately; as I did with X-Culture. I immediately went to what I had heard from last semester and thought that I was going to dislike the project entirely. In reality, the project was not too bad; this could have been because I had a decent group. I actually enjoyed having conversations with other teammates and working towards a goal. If I was to do this project again I would try to have conversations outside of the project with my teammates. I really wanted to learn more about the different cultures across my team.
This project was a great experience for me because I have never done anything like this. Most classes at Florida Tech talk about cultural differences and how to handle them but nothing can compare to actually experience. I am glad to hear that Florida Tech will be continuing with this project for all students in the College of Business.
