X-Culture: An Interesting Experience

Guest Blogger: Joseph Barber

This third and final blog concludes the X-Culture project I have been working on with my teammates from across the world over the course of this semester, as a part of Dr. Muth’s brilliant & stimulating International Business class. My teammates and I cut it close to the deadline when handing in our Final Report, but thankfully each team member completed his or her section to a good standard with the exception of one idle teammate. The project had been an interesting experience in terms of organizing and communicating with people living in differing time zones and cultures, the use of a Facebook team page aided us with this issue as every team member seemed to be a avid Facebook user. In conclusion, it was a good experience and definitely something worth putting time and effort into in order to experience working with people from different backgrounds, cultures & languages.
